Foiled Again!
I entered my first fencing tournament this weekend in Cleveland.Three of my seven bouts were victories. I placed 18 out of 25. Not bad for my first time. I look forward to doing it again.

Wow, that's pretty hardcore! Even with the masks, I have this strange fear of getting my eye poked out with those!
Great place to do figure drawings, too. I hope to see more!
There was a death in 1980 where a foil broke and went into a fencer's eye socket and he died from the injury.
I would like to do quick figure drawings but I'm too busy fencing.
I'm the one attacking. It is my best defense.
